Rules of the orangery

1. Who keeps this place

These terms govern your use of nightpaneorangery.com ("Nightpane Orangery", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of nightpaneorangery.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come in

Nightpane Orangery is meant for visitors aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. Coins in the brass tin

• Every room is played with virtual coins, handed over free of charge.
• Coins hold no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
• Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, passed on or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no in-app purchases.
• Nothing of real-world value is offered as a prize.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by us at any time.

4. No wagers on the staging

Nightpane Orangery neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and links to no gambling operator.

5. Your keeper account

• A free account is needed to play. One per person, and not to be shared.
• Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if anyone else has been in your account.
• Your keeper account can be deleted from your account page whenever you like. It goes immediately and cannot be brought back.
• We may suspend any account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account rather than being your property, and may be reset.

6. How to behave under glass

Do not try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Opening hours, and what we answer for

The site is provided "as is". Any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. The law behind the glazing bars

These terms fall under the law of England and Wales.

9. Letters to the night-keeper
